A television reporter takes on one last assignment before her upcoming marriage.
More a remake of His Girl Friday than The Front Page in the respect that it keeps a woman as the main character. Still, it isn't a very good remake, with Burt Reynolds doing his usual and Christopher Reeve completely miscast to the point that his performance is embarrassing to watch, especially with the desperately unfunny running joke that his character is afraid of heights (get it?).
The only saving factor is Kathleen Turner.
