A smarter horror movie than one would expect, with a rather clever pun in the title...
In a Canadian suburb, a teenage girl with an obsession with the occult discovers that her like-minded sister is a werewolf, and they find that they both have to deal with the changes.
An inventive, feminine twist on lycanthrope legend with some clever allegories to "female problems". Completely entertaining and engaging throughout it's running time although it may not pass the longevity test. A couple of sequels (one of which a prequel) followed.
